Traveled with my adult son for a golf vacation ,had every thing we needed ,very friendly staff ,at gate ,front desk,club house . Manacured roadways ,stayed in the Commons Two Condos ,right on the number one fairway ,very clean and liveable. The course was in great shape ,best and fastest greens on our four course trip. Highly recomend.

This was our first trip with our family. We had 5 adults and 1 kid. It was a great place to stay. Planning on going in2010 and plan on staying here again!! Loved the atmosphere. Laid back and quite. Nice place to stay. Had a great time, affordable and near beaches and sites. Would highly recommend. Only complaint that I had was the pools doesn’t stay open too late.

Our extended family met at Bruswick Plantation. Coming from a variety of states, this was a great place to have Thanksgiving. No one had to clean and go crazy getting ready.
The condos have the basics (we brought a couple of speciality items). The grocery stores are near, so no worries.
The golf course, pool and gym could keep people busy for hours! There are great restaurants near by for the meals on other nights if anyone wanted.
Of course there is great shopping for the Black Friday fans!
We brought our dog too!!

We had a wonderful weekend. Everyone we encountered from the guard at the front gate to the staff who helped us check-in were very polite and accomodating. Our condo was perfect. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The grounds are just gorgeous – great for a morning stroll. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Had a blast with my friends! The condo was great, the grounds are beautiful, wonderful morning walks! The pool was fun, we even used the exercise equipment by the pool! The condo kitchen had everything we needed!

This was our first time to Brunswick Plantation, but not the first for the Myrtle Beach area for golfing. We were very impressed with the condition of the golf course – the greens were in good shape. Condo was clean and accommodates four golfers very well. Look forward to returning to Brunswick.

My name is Herman S. (retired Principal), and for the past 30
years I have been a group leader, bringing golf groups to Myrtle Beach.
They have ranged in size from 8 to 60. I asked Margaret to give me your
email address, because I wanted to recognize Margaret and her staff for
the incredible job they do accommodating our needs. This year we had 36
golfers, last year 40.
For the past 8 years, we have ONLY stayed at Brunswick. Before that,
we jumped all over Myrtle Beach. There is only 1 reason why we stay at
Brunswick, year after year. WE NEVER HAVE ANY PROBLEMS!!!! Margaret and
her staff go FAR BEYOND what is normally expected, in comparison to other
places where we have located.
We always conclude our golf trip with a dinner, followed by awards,
and an evaluation of the trip. Once again this year, all 36 golfers voted
to return to Brunswick next year.
You are very luck to have Margaret and her staff. Some of our group
have (on their own) started vacationing/golfing, bringing their families
and other smaller groups to Brunswick throughout the year. Their
professionalism, work skills, friendliness, and hospitality attracts
others to stay at Brunswick.

On February 5 – 8, 2009, I and a group of eleven others stayed at your location for a week-end of golf, fun, and fellowship. This is our 15th year but first to stay at Brunswick Plantation. Several others I know have stayed at your complex but we had not. I must say, this exceeded every expectation we had.
I visited your reservation office and several other new locations in September 2008 in preparation of making plans for our annual golf trip. I was met by Margaret who explained the complex, rooms, packages, and golf. She was also kind enough to allow me to see a room since I nor any in our group had ever stayed there. Her kindness and the information she shared was very impressive. As I prepared to make the final decision, I again called back and spoke to her. She again gave me the answers I was looking for. It was easy to make the decision; Brunswick would be our destination for 2009.
Since I’m the group leader, I try my very best to get the best deal, play the right golf courses, and certainly have a comfortable clean place to stay. I’ve learned through the years the golf courses will be over-looked but the hotel/condo will not. As soon as I and a portion of my group arrived, the clearance from the gate was simple. The check-in was by far the fastest of any place we’ve ever stayed. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. The individual that assisted us was friendly and organized; couldn’t have asked for more. As soon as we opened the door, I knew this was going to be a hit. The condos were excellent and as each member of our group came in, it was clear to me our trip was off to a great start. The location, as we discovered, was also a big plus; close to the courses we played, to eat, etc. That too is very important since our intent is to play golf from 9:00am until dark each day.
But the one thing I want you to know, is all of the credit is due to Margaret. Had she not shown me the kindness and interest to have our business, I’m convinced I would have chosen another location. Each time I had to call her back to make changes, she never once told me there would be a problem. Just the opposite, “no problem, I’ll take care of it”. Having an employee like her is a huge plus and she should be commended for her service. Having been on golf packages for over 25 plus years, and my being in charge for the past 15, this will rank as one of the best trips we’ve ever had. Margaret is responsible and on behalf of our entire group, we say a BIG THANKS.
I always, prior to our leaving, survey the group to see if this was the right place to stay and would they want to come back. A few will say they really don’t care, it’s ”lets be sure to do this again”. But this year was different. It was a 100% unanimous for me not to even consider another location for next year. I’ve never had the response from my group like this year. So saying all of that, we are definitely making plans to come back in 2010 and I’m expecting our group to grow from 12 to 16 -20. Already others are wanting to come.
I want to thank you, your entire staff, those at the entry gate, those that placed our bags in our carts and starter at the golf course (Brunswick) for a superb week-end. But to Margaret, she’s the best!!!!
I would ask that you share this with those up the chain of command and especially with Margaret. Thanks again.

We were very satisfied with the location. We were going to a wedding on Holden Beach and vacationing in other areas of North Carolina. It was a perfect location for all.

Brunswick Plantation is a quiet place and relaxing. The grounds are very well kept. The room space is great. The room was clean and comfortable. Rooms have all cleaning tools needed for cleaning your room. Shopping areas are about 6 miles away. Overall my stay was an enjoyable one.

Stayed at Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort the weekend of Aug 1-3. This place is amazing for the money!! We stayed in the one room efficiency for $59 a night. It was all we needed. Nice room, pools, fitness center and the staff are very nice.! Just a short ride to the beach, South Carolina border, and there is so much to do in the area. I have told my co-workers and friends about this place, 1 couple have already stayed there and agreed it’s a great place. check it out, you won’t be sorry! Hope to go back soon!!

My husband I stayed here on a golf weekend. The resort is a great value, friendly staff, and nice grounds. This was a repeat trip for my husband, and my first.
We stayed in the Common’s II condos and had a spacious one bedroom overlooking the golf course. The pool and exercise facilities were well kept and clean, especially since they were at near 100% occupancy. He has previously stayed in the Common’s and has always enjoyed those condos as well.
We will definitely return in the future, as we enjoy the facility and the helpful staff. The convenience of the location near both the South and North Carolina beaches can’t be beat.

My husband & I stayed there for a long weekend. He found this resort on the internet. We arrived late on Thurs. night & were given a 1 bedroom condo on the third floor. It had a great view of the golf course & nice deck. We were fortunate to have sunny 70 degree weather. So my husband played an enjoyable round of golf at a reasonable price.
The town of Calabash is about 3 miles away and is famous for its Calabash style seafood & fish(lightly breaded & fried). So one day we had Calabash seafood for lunch. They went to the Creamery for delicious homemade ice cream. I’d also recommend the restaurant called The Isles on Ocean Isles, NC for casual fine dining. It’s right on the beach with views of the ocean.
We had a wonderful weekend here. The condo was very clean & our room had 2 double beds.

We stayed with a group of about 30 families. Everyone said there room was huge, very clean, and decorated very nicely. The pool was a nice size also. Although it is about 20 minutes to North Myrtle Beach, and 35-40 min. to Myrtle Beach, there are many places to go in Calabash. GREAT VALUE!

The resort is a great place for Scrapbookers! The staff was great, the condo was clean, well stocked a joy to be in. The scenery was relaxing too! There are pools, bbq grills, a gym and a great golf course to walk. We cooked in and went out to eat. There was plenty of room for 4 of us to set up our scrapping supplies and create some wonderful pages. We are going back again real soon!

We had an awesome time. The property is beautiful even in winter. There is security as you enter the facility and the guard was very pleasant, directing us to check-in since it was dark at the time. We stayed in a beautiful condo (Commons II). Probably the cleanest condo I have ever been in. Our friends were in the unit next to us… also impeccably clean. Despite the rainy weather, we enjoyed our view of the golf course and drove around the plantation to see the beautiful homes and spectacular landscaping. Beds were very comfortable, linens fresh and new – all the comforts of home. Only a short drive to North Myrtle Beach and some very nice restaurants and shops. Overall, a wonderful weekend in a beautiful resort, everyone we met was very friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely return in the warmer weather to enjoy the outdoor facilities (pools) and see how everything looks in bloom.

This place was a nice spot for a family vacation. The condos were exceptional and the grounds were well kept. It is a bit out of the way from North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach so if you plan on going into those places a lot then you will be in for a fair bit of driving. I only paid $510 for the week for a 1-bedroom condo so I managed to put up with driving into Myrtle Beach and to the area beaches. It was sweltering hot the week we were there but the A/C worked great. I would go back to this resort with my wife, but if the kids come along again I would go somewhere directly on the beach. The golf course is very nice as well.

The Brunswick Plantation was recommended by a friend. From the time we arrived until the moment we sadly left everything was first class. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The grounds are very well kept.
The rooms were clean and comfortable. We plan to return when we are in the area again

We have stayed at the Brunswick Golf Resort twice this year for long weekends, and once last year. The two of us just book a studio…..one huge room, with a huge 2 person Jacuzzi in the corner, vanity for dressing, two double beds, and separate bathroom/shower. The rooms are always immaculate. The property itself is located among beautiful golf villas, the landscaping is wonderful, and it makes you feel good just driving into the gated entrance. As for location, you can drive 10 minutes south and be at North Myrtle, which we did daily. Just took our sand chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and went to the beach for the day. There are numerous restaurants in the area, within a 15 minute drive. After being on the beach for several days, we decided on a Saturday to go to Southport, NC, which is about a 45 minute drive. The nightly rates can’t be beat.

8 of us from different parts of the country came to celebrate a friend’s birthday. A couple of the guys had played the course in the past and we decided to stay and play there. The rooms were 1st class, very clean and great access to the club house/golf. We played all 3 of the courses and found them to be in really top shape. The greens were really smooth and rolled great! Will definitely go back next spring to get out of the winter weather.

Recently found a gem of a place just north of Calabash, NC. A friend of mine told me that Brunswick Plantation was a great property. He was right. We found it affordable, clean, well maintained & centrally located. We flew into Myrtle Beach & flew out of Wilmington. EASY! The staff was A+ in service, hospitality – just nice overall. The condos are spacious, clean & reasonable priced – better than any hotel on the grand strand. I played some incredible golf. Ask for Bill – this guy has been on the beach a long time & knows all the best courses. Which ones you want to play – which ones to avoid. Make sure you play the course on the property. Great shape – challenging! Brunswick has some nice facilities – pool, workout area, dining. I Close to allot of beaches & great restaurants. Once again the staff’ gets high grades for their selections. Put a down payment on a condo. Still allot of opportunity with the real estate market down there. Overall – wonderful time !!
